About

About Ownloop

Ownloop helps creators turn followers into subscribers they own, on channels they control rather than platforms they rent.

What Ownloop does

Ownloop captures your audience into channels you own. Instead of publishing a link and hoping people come back, you run a giveaway funnel: Ownloop hosts the entry page, people enter by joining a channel or handing over an email address, and you end up with a subscriber list you can reach directly.

Three channels are live today - Email, Telegram and Discord, and all three are included on every plan from Starter upwards - what changes between tiers is how many subscribers and concurrent funnels you get, not which channels you can use. WhatsApp, Viber and Signal are on the roadmap and are not yet available on any plan.

Subscriber CSV export is included on every plan, so the list you build is portable from day one. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription starting at $6.99 - Ownloop does not take a percentage of your sales, and does not charge per subscriber captured.

Your data and privacy

Ownloop is an EU company, so the GDPR applies to how we handle personal data, and our lead supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (VDAI).

The split that matters most: for the entrants and subscribers you collect, you are the data controller and Ownloop acts as your processor - we handle that data on your instructions to provide the service, not for our own purposes, and we do not sell it. For your own account and billing data, Ownloop is the controller.

Being an EU company does not mean every byte stays inside the EU. Some of our service providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens without an EU adequacy decision, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The full detail - what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who processes it - is in the documents themselves rather than summarised here:
